At Lyfestyle 180, we encourage our women to implement self-care in their daily routines.

Because as a woman, it can sometimes become difficult to schedule time for yourself and your own well-being.

With kids, work, and a spouse or all of the above, finding some much needed ‘me time’ can be challenging, to say the least.

But scheduling time for yourself is vital.

So, for fun, we put together a list of what self-care is and what it isn’t.
